He has published numerous technical financial research papers on real world issues that have won acclaim for the relevance, accuracy and impact on decision makers. Bill has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills that enable him to develop solutions that are innovative yet deeply rooted in pragmatism. Bill holds two Masters Degrees (MBA and MS).
