His experience includes working for a private real estate development company performing market studies and financial analysis on potential acquisitions or redevelopment projects. Mr. Tomko provided this information along with any specific information requested to potential lenders and investors to obtain the necessary financing. He is educated in corporate finance, expenditure and tax analysis, economics, strategic management, and public finance. He possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Managerial Economic from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Duquesne University.
