Ron serves as Project Manager on most Synergy assignments. He is a Certified Planner with over ten years of experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, leading and managing complex projects from concept development through construction. His attention to detail and proven ability to build solid working relationships with businesses, local communities, public agencies, planning and economic development officials, design professionals, and contractors has resulted in the delivery of projects on time and under budget. He is able to shape a project's vision and then implement innovative development solutions that achieve a client's project objectives.

Ron's planning experience spans all disciplines - master planning, strategic planning, and land use planning - and integrates the latest planning principles including smart growth and sustainable development.
