Mary Ellen is a licensed real estate professional who has successfully implemented commercial real estate projects. She has been responsible for the successful creation, management and implementation of several programs that impact the ongoing relationships between public and private agencies. She has marketed and successfully negotiated complex lease agreements. She has researched and prepared site searches and location analyses. She has been a key part of research, data gathering and public interface on complex commercial feasibility studies and appraisals.

Mary Ellen has been responsible for the marketing and promotion of programs, projects and events within the non-profit and public sectors as well as, properties, programs and events with the private sector. She is careful and thoughtful in her research, assertive and gentle in her investigation, firm and gentle in her leadership. She is persuasive in the promotion of an idea, and works to get "buy in" at all levels. She has been active in community relations, promotion, marketing, public relations, and project management for 15 years.
